Case Studies

 1. Roofing client

This client came aboard as a client in July 2021 in their second full year in business. Total sales at the date of hire were $1.2M. The owner had some personal issues from a very rough childhood, struggled with managing the sales team, and was working 60+ hours per week. 

By end of 2021, total sales were $2M.

It is currently September 1, 2022. This client is tracking $3M in sales for this year and has ventured into commercial roofing in addition to the previous expertise in residential. 

The owner currently works two to five hours per day, takes most Fridays off, and says he has a better marriage than ever and is overall a happier person. 

We are currently working a plan to achieve $10M in sales in a single calendar year. 


2. Painting Business Owner, turning Coach

This particular client hired us to take his personal success as a professional painter, and use it to build a coaching business helping other painters build their own painting businesses.

From the start, all this client was focused on was "Getting a coaching client, ASAP", and expressed anger for continuing in the painting business. He was failing to see the importance of building a real foundation that will sustain him much longer, and support his new business deep into the future. 

During our process, this client discovered some deep seeded childhood issues stemming from a less than stellar relationship with his own father, and how it affected his interaction with others, along with his outlook on life. 

By the end of his first term with us, this client's anger for his current successful painting business has subsided, and he discovered it was better to take his time and get his coaching business right from the start. 

Subsequent follow-up has shown this client is now taking the necessary action to build his coaching program in a way he can be proud of, and we are confident he will build a solid program that will carry him and his clients to their goals. 


3. Auto Detailing

This client has worked with us for a total of seven weeks as of this writing and has two employees. Total sales for the previous twelve months were $30,000.

Since working with us, this client has raised his minimum detail from $100 to $350 and is targeting a higher class of clientele. He installed a coffee/breakfast bar to offer his clients the best first impression upon drop-off, cleaned up the exterior of the shop for a better look, and fired an employee that was a bad fit, thanks to his newly installed core values. 

This client is currently expanding his services to window tinting, and paintless dent removal. 

During this time has come close a few times and is currently chasing a goal to exceed $5,000 weeks in sales. 


4. General Contractor

With the niche of working exclusively with Investors, the GC had two employees when he hired us, was scared to hire a third, and had a total of $50,000 in sales the previous twelve months. 

After working with us for six weeks, his team has grown to seven, and he is actively trying to hire as many as he can.

He has opened a 2nd location in another state, actively looking at a third state, and is tracking $1.2M in sales in the next twelve months. 

We believe the client has the capability to grow to a $50M company.


5.  Roofing client

Our first client ever, this roofer came to us with aspirations to build a large roofing business, change over to General Contracting, and eventually build large commercial buildings.

During our initial sessions, we discovered this client had suffered extensive abuse as a child and had a daily habit of smoking Marijuana for twenty-five years. 

Coming up on one year since this client's initial term with us ended, he is actively working on a plan to re-up with us for a one-year term.

Staying in touch, and following up every few months this client has shared that he has stopped his daily weed habit, gives us credit for having returned to church, and discovered his true passion to help kids who have suffered severe trauma

On the next go around with us, we are going to build his dream of opening a safe space ranch-type setting where he can house abused children, and get them the necessary help. 


6. Corporate job to coach to a full-time investor

Having an unfulfilling full-time corporate job, this client hired us to help him build a coaching business around helping other businesses develop better processes. 

As a typical military brat, this client moved around a lot as a child and didn't receive the stability of having developed those lifelong childhood relationships. 

At the end of our term together, and staying in touch this client escaped his corporate job and found his real love and passion was for full-time real estate investing.

He had been involved with real estate investing when he hired us, but it wasn't something he had the faith to turn into a full-time adventure. 


7. Mortgage Broker

Within two weeks of starting to work with us, this client left his current position to start with another due to a corporate buyout. 

Coming with a history of being abused as a child this client quickly ascended and was being considered for management with the new company, in a situation that could be described as dysfunctional at best. 

This new employer didn't have core values that aligned with this client, and during our time together his family experienced an unexpected death.

As of this writing, he has recently accepted a new position with a company that is in much closer alignment that will allow him to build his own brand, and we are excited about his future. 

We expect to work with this client again in the near future. 


8. Medical professional to coach, to a medical office expert

This particular client came to work with us with a passion to help others and had invested considerable time, believing it was in the world of coaching first responders to live a better life. 

After experiencing frustration with other coaching services, this client is currently still working with us as we process the differences in the feeling of wanting to help others with their true calling to help medical personnel build smooth systems and processes for their offices. 


9.  Corporate job to Ghost Writer to Author

Coming to us with a full-time job, and working a side hustle of Ghostwriting books and copywriting, this client discovered their true passion of being a full-time author of their own works. 

This client still meets with us periodically to continue this path as they balance earning a part-time income following their passion while still needing that full-time paycheck. 


10. Corporate Benefits

Running an office with their spouse this client came to us to find clarity in their ability to hire others while building a business, and balancing a home/work balance of being married to their business partner. 

A full year+ after having worked with us, and staying in touch this client is currently writing their first book, has launched a podcast, and is looking into expanding their business into other areas.
